Choosing your cocktails is the exciting part, not only can you have fun making and trying them out you can pick more than one! We find a choice of three works really well, one chosen by each of you and a third you create together, inspired by a shared moment or something that you both love.
Once you have chosen your cocktail’s chat to your caterer about what you would like and provide images if you have created a specific look.
Garnishes like rose petal ice cubes and edible flowers, ice and glass wear can really elevate the look of your cocktails and can tie in with the theme of your wedding. Go that extra mile and design your own cocktail menu to display on the bar with personalised illustrations, which also makes for a great wedding keepsake.
Once you’ve selected your cocktails, the next step is choosing the perfect setting to enjoy them. The best time to serve your cocktails is after the ceremony or after the meal in the form of a cocktail hour to really get the party started. We recommend the picturesque grounds of Sandon Manor in front of the parterre, the charming courtyard, and of course, our very own stunning cocktail bar.
